Faulty spiket on my 3L box of botanical box riesling

Don't buy their products
I received no compensation for the faulty spigot on my 3L box of Riesling. The spigot was clearly faulty, and wine flowed from the spigot before we were able to turn the box upside down.
What a mess! We were entertaining, and this had never happened before with the 3L box. I tried to talk to someone, but that was impossible. Instead, they sent a form for me to complete and asked for a credit card.
For what?
I should be refunded financially or sent a voucher for another 3L box. Very disappointed.

Bad tasting bota box
I was never able to get anyone on the phone. I had several numbers and never got to an agent.
I purchased bota box Breeze, but I normally but your Pino Noir bota box, because it has less calories. It tastes awful. I am not sure why because I have always enjoyed your wine.

Unable to get in contact with a person

Bad wine

It was my favorite wine. This box smelled so bad and looked so cloudy but yet I couldnt find a way to contact them. If you cant get customer service I will never buy this product again

Unable to consume product , undrinkable
Purchased Bota Chardonnay on 4-4-25 . When opened, it tasted bad , looked much darker than usual. I would like a replacement box of Chardonnay.
Leaky box spout
- - All three boxes leaked from the spout and couldn't be stopped.
- - Leakage worsened with use; air spoiled taste and we stored it upside down.
Took the tap out of box, took the foil off, poured a glass of wine and put the box in the fridge. When going back for another glass there was wine all over the fridge.
Examined the box and it was leaking from the spout and unable to make it stop. Had to store it upsidedown. Long story short.
We had bought 3 boxes and all 3 had the same problem and everytime we would use it the leaking got worse. It didn't store well because air would get into the bag and spoiled the taste.
